By creating a VAYAM account or downloading the VAYAM app you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
VAYAM is intended for parents, caregivers, and child-care professionals aged 18 or older residing in India. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content. You will not solicit medical or legal services in a way that violates Indian law. Spam, scams, and unverified medical advice are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Doctors, therapists and institutes are verified manually based on documentation they provide. VAYAM is a discovery platform — we are not responsible for the outcome of any treatment, consultation, or transaction between users and professionals.
Listings between parents are peer-to-peer. VAYAM does not take possession of items nor act as an escrow. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk and are expected to behave courteously.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant VAYAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content within the app and on our marketing surfaces.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account anytime from Settings → Privacy.
VAYAM is provided "as is". We make no warranty about uninterrupted service, accuracy of professional listings, or outcomes of community advice. Always consult a licensed medical professional for medical decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
